Green Tree Delivery was founded by Alex Hoogewerf, along with his old friend Humphrey Wrey. As a mere whippersnapper, Alex and his brothers used to sell Christmas trees on Fulham Road for pocket money. With these happy memories in mind, he and his brother Guy went into business together in the year 1999 to bring Christmas trees into the 21st Century with one of the very first online Christmas tree services.

Today Green Tree Delivery serves the whole of London, bringing Christmas goods and services with a smile. Our ethos is to remain local and approachable. We're determined not to become a faceless, colourless corporation, and remain aware of our local London roots.

Our Green Approach

At Green Tree Delivery we have thought thoroughly about our impact on the environment. We only source our Christmas trees from sustainable forests. The Christmas tree farmers we use will always plant five new trees for every one they cut down.

If you book our collection service at the end of the season, rest assured that every one of those returned trees will be recycled and used as wood chippings on bridle paths, parks and playgrounds. We believe firmly in the old adage "waste not, want not"!
